We are not responsible for any loss or damage to a check that is not properly endorsed. You agree to notify us immediately if you believe an item deposited through Remote Deposit is incorrect. You must provide a copy of any item that is alleged to be incorrect for verification purposes. If you fail to notify us within sixty (60) calendar days after the date of your Account statement, such item shall be deemed to be correct.
